Testimonials
Pete,
I recently spent a great day on the Penobscot with Capt. Pete fishing for smallies with my son and a family friend. After a short run up river we were into the fish. After just a few casts, I had the first smallie of the morning on – the biggest of the trip, a fat 20 incher! In total, we boated 30 smallies, probably lost just as many as during our trip on the river. Although the water was a bit high from recent rain, Capt. Pete put us on fish in virtually every spot we tried. We used a very simply technique on light spinning gear that anyone including youngsters and beginners can catch fish with. The fish chowder Capt. Pete made right in the boat hit the spot as we took a break from the action. I was a amazed that we were the only boat fishing the river! Will certainly be back in the future for more.
